The Light of Embassy Missions Ministry or LEMM reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS and to take any action we deem appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, WordPress, and disclosing any information necessary to appropriate person(s) or entities relating to user profile(s), email addresses, usage history, posted materials, data IP addresses as well as traffic information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy

We only gather personal information from you if you provide it voluntarily, and we use it only to send you communications from the Light of Embassy Missions Ministry or “LEMM”. We never share or sell personal information submitted to us by inquirers, donors or participants without direct consent. We maintain the privacy of your information on local secure, password-protected servers, adhering to personnel policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information.

What personal information do we collect, and how is it used? 

We collect personal information such as your name, a point of contact number, comments/messages, an email address, and specific LEMM event interests whenever you register as a volunteer, sponsor, donor or participant. Such information is always voluntarily submitted by you (e.g., when you fill out the required provisions on the “Become A Volunteer” page, “Contact Us” page or “Feedback” page, etc.. The information collected is used to send email communications and other information we think will be of interest to you. The name, comments or email address that you enter will be saved to this website’s database, along with your computer’s IP address (i.e. Google Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), and the time and date that you submitted your data.  This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to that section.  Your data is not knowingly or intentionally passed on to any third-party processors. If for any reason you would like to be removed from our email list, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in all our messages, or by contacting our *office.

Protecting your privacy

As part of our commitment to ensuring the privacy of participants, The Light of Embassy Missions Ministry or LEMM does not knowingly or intentionally sell or exchange names, email addresses or any other personally identifiable information with any third party. We maintain the privacy of your information on local secure, password-protected servers, adhering to personnel policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information.

Delays
As part of our commitment, this Site will ensure the privacy of our users or participants in regards to delayed email replies to Site comments or messages. Participants should expect the possibility of increased delays of upwards 3 days. Note that this length of time cannot be guaranteed due to the bulk of replies to email comments or messages that are already in queue. Although delays may affect the timeliness of the user receiving a reply, it will in no wise affect their privacy.

This privacy policy may change from time to time inline with legislation or (new version) WordPress developments. We maintain the option to change this privacy policy. We will not explicitly inform website viewers, website participants or volunteers and donors of our nonprofit website changes.
